		<description>You think that&#039;s bad.  I&#039;m using someone else&#039;s SIM card in India.  I have his real number, but I regularly have to deal with repeat calls from people going &#039;Anil?  Anil?&#039; who don&#039;t speak English so I can&#039;t explain to them that I&#039;ll give the number.

Also,  I recently got a call from the carrier saying I hadn&#039;t sent in the appropriate identity forms to prove that I was me (i.e. not me, Anil).  I&#039;m sure they were happy to hear that I was not Anil, that I didn&#039;t know his address or full name and that I couldn&#039;t fill out the forms for myself because I&#039;m not Indian--which, theoretically, also means I can&#039;t have a SIM card in the first place.  &lt;em&gt;That&lt;/em&gt; was an awkward conversation.</description>
