I’ve been seeing the Meyer lemons at the store too, and been itching to make some lemon curd. I think I last made it early summer ’09, and still had some good in the fridge in September/Oct.

Lemon curd really is an amazingly all-purpose “ingredient.” My mouth’s watering just thinking of it. I think I’m going to make some this week!

Thanks for bringing lemon curd to the forefront of my brain.
