		<description>I&#039;ve been seeing the Meyer lemons at the store too, and been itching to make some lemon curd. I think I last made it early summer &#039;09, and still had some good in the fridge in September/Oct.

Lemon curd really is an amazingly all-purpose &quot;ingredient.&quot; My mouth&#039;s watering just thinking of it. I think I&#039;m going to make some this week!
